We’re a friendly, family-run artificial grass company (est. 2010) that’s growing fast. Our work pops up in homes, gyms, events, and even for big-name brands like Nike, Spotify, Channel 4, Adidas, and David Lloyd Clubs.
We’re looking for a confident, organised Office Manager and Sales Administrator to be the voice of our business and the glue that keeps our sales operations running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent phone manner and communication skills
· Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
· Comfortable using CRM and cloud-based systems (training provided)
· Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Highly organised with attention to detail
· Good IT literacy
· Experience with diary management
· Basic bookkeeping experience
· Proven experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive team player. We need a confident and experienced Office Manager/Sales Administrator to take charge of daily office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a central role in our small but dynamic team.
This is a fully office-based role. You must be within commuting distance of KT4 and available to start as soon as possible.

What you’ll be doing

  • General office duties to meet the needs of the business
  • Answering calls and emails, booking site visits, and making a great first impression with every customer
  • Following up enquiries and preparing quotes that get deals over the line
  • Reaching out to clients to offer our maintenance packages (earning commission as you go)
  • Scheduling site and maintenance visits
  • Ordering office supplies and handling general admin to keep the wheels turning
  • Using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud tools (we’ll train you where needed)
