The Front Office Manager will ensure the efficient functioning of the front office, providing excellent service to patients, and supporting the medical staff. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage front office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel. · Oversee patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure a smooth and efficient flow. · Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. · Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration. · Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and office policies. · Train and mentor new front office staff members.
