Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic office plans, setting priorities and service standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively allocate human resources, space, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assign work to staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage office records, accounts, and financial transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate office business, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and oversee facility upkeep to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, government legislation, and company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision to attract and retain top talent.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office software.
  • Be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
