Description

Arcadia is a national leader in the design, manufacture and supply of Solar Shading, Ventilation and Acoustic Louvre systems.
A dynamic company which provides project management, installation, and commissioning of our products, working with architects, designers, engineers, and builders, we offer a complete solutions and end to end service.
We are currently seeking an Office Manager to take charge of the office and provide a variety of duties.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in MYOB
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to create and prepare reports for management analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Liaise with the operations and finance teams
- Organising refreshments for any meetings/presentations etc.
- Staff & Resource Management
- Assisting the Sales Team
- Some reception tasks will be required, such as phone calls, visitors, mail and attending to the kitchen as required
