At Ashford College, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to undertake the following responsibilities.
· Contributing to the planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of administrative services within the college, including setting priorities and establishing service quality standards.
· Managing the allocation of staff, facilities, and resources to support academic and administrative operations.
· Delegating tasks to staff members and overseeing their performance to ensure efficiency and quality outcomes.
· Maintaining accurate records, databases, and financial accounts for the college office.
· Collaborating with academic staff, faculty members, and external professionals to coordinate college activities and resolve operational issues.
· Overseeing the upkeep and availability of office equipment, technology, and supplies to support teaching and administrative functions.
· Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements within the campus environment.
· Monitoring and ensuring all administrative processes align with relevant education sector legislation, policies, and institutional procedures.
· Coordinating human resources functions, including recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, professional development, and supervision of administrative staff.
