OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team an Office Manager/Assistant Project Manager! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with preferred experience in the construction industry. This role focuses on ensuring smooth project and office operations, timely task completion and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to challenges are key.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Well versed in Excel, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as Knowify, Microsoft and other Project Management software.
  • Collaborate with project managers to build comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Implement time management strategies to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, action items, submittals, RFI, change orders and job costing.
  • Participate in regular project meetings to discuss status updates, challenges, and next steps.
