Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of dental management experience preferred Previous pediatric dental experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing schedules, patient flow, and office operations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software preferred Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
