Position: Office Manager Firm: Centennial Advisors Location: Austin, TX   Overview:   Centennial Advisors with a location in north Austin, TX is dedicated to providing outstanding financial planning services to our clients. Everything we do is tailored to help individuals and families work toward a secure and prosperous future.   The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in the overall success of our business. This position is responsible for organizing and ensuring seamless daily operations within the office. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to going above and beyond in service to our clients and team.   What you’ll do: * Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow * Supervise and support operations staff * Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships * Implement and enhance office policies and procedures * Provide exceptional client service and assist with inquiries or concerns * Support compliance with financial industry regulations * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Manage office communications, correspondence, and documentation * Assist in onboarding new employees and ongoing training * Coordinate HR-related tasks including assisting with insurance, facilitating onboarding and hiring processes, and ensuring accurate and compliant employee documentation * Generate, review, and distribute reports to support business operations and decision-making * Maintain and update client records within the CRM (Wealthbox), ensuring accuracy and timely entry of data to support business operations and client communications   What We’re Looking For: * Associates Degree * 5 + years’ of office management experience in a fast paced environment * Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Wealthbox * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks * Excellent communication; written and verbal * Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Collaborative team player willing to assist others * Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment * Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * $90k/year + bonus potential * Medical and dental insurance (firm pays 75% for employee + family) * PTO * 401k with match * Dog friendly work environment!
