We also has a large fleet of refrigrated delivery vehicles, all licensed by the Victorian Authority Primesafe.
With the expansion of the company’s business and the growth of its scale, we’re now looking for a highly capable Office Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative activities within the company, ensuring seamless coordination and support for the operations and logistics teams. Your role will be key in maintaining effective administrative processes that contribute to the punctual, compliant, and efficient execution of company operations.

POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience as Office Manager
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business or related field
  • Strong leadership and excellent team management skills to lead the team to efficiently complete tasks
  • Proficient in multitasking to ensure orderly implementation of work
  • Outstanding communication skills, proficient in both written and oral expression
  • Proficient in using office software and digital skills
