JOB SUMMARY

The front office manager will be held responsible for everyday administrative activities to help support day-to-day operations. The position will organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls and inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, mailing/faxing paperwork as needed and all other relevant office responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma but Associates Degree preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift 35lbs.
  • Visual and auditory acuity.
  • Ability to walk and bend down.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Good eye/hand coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to appropriately dress to avoid exposure to bloodborne pathogens and bodily secretions.

Responsibilities

· Understands, enforces and follows all state, federal and local healthcare requirements
· Able to manage multiple tasks with focus on quality and detail
· Understands the importance and sensitivity of confidential matters
· Participates in community outreach, events, coalitions, etc..
· Trains new staff as needed
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
