KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office or operations management, ideally in a construction or trade environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of project or finance software is a plus
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Directors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the administrative function across all divisions. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
