Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS
- Office Management and Assistance: Support the team in organizing day-to-day operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflows in the office.
- Event and Personnel Organization: Develop concepts for corporate events and client gifts, and manage personnel planning.
- Sales Monitoring: Oversee flight operations, payment deadlines, and order management (no prior experience required).
- External Communication: Conduct research and handle correspondence with external partners.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with company goals. Act as the main point of contact between teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- A completed commercial training program (e.g., as an office management clerk) and ideally some experience in a similar role.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a structured, reliable approach to work, enabling you to support our teams effectively.
- Flexibility, team spirit, and confidence in handling diverse tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both German (native) and English (As you’ll be in constant communication with both our team onsite but, also, our international team).
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
