Azeta Real Estate is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and organised Office Manager to manage our office operations.

This position will be responsible for providing high-level support to our directors and efficiently managing and controlling our office functions and resources, including:

  • Fostering and supporting a collegiate and collaborative workplace environment.
  • Overseeing office operations including office inventory supplies, stationary, office condition, repairs and equipment availability.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure an organised and effective workplace.
  • Overseeing customer, visitor and staff experience within the office space.
  • Handling, screening, filing and tracking correspondence, mail and packages.
  • Tracking office expenses and preparing budget reports.
  • Managing and coordinating operational priorities, team schedules, bookings and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and optimising office systems and processes including supply replenishment, equipment use, appointments, and filing.
  • Coordinating and allocating use of office resources, space and equipment.
  • Coordinating internal and external events, functions and staff activities.
  • Coordinating first aid, fire warden and other required workplace health and safety training.
  • Monitoring compliance with workplace health and safety, and other relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with personnel management tasks, including scheduling, onboarding, training, workstation setup and documentation.
  • Maintaining currency with industry best practices and emerging market technologies.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Experience with office management and administration will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possesses relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
