The Office Manager - Bilingual oversees day-to-day office operations that supports a team of 30+ employees at the agency’s headquarters. Serve as the primary front desk contact for visitors, vendors, staff, clients, and community partners. Greet, screen, and escort visitors while maintaining security, privacy, and visitor logs. Answer and route incoming calls in a trauma-informed manner; provide accurate program information and triage urgent calls. Receive, distribute, and send mail and packages, including confidential items and certified mail. Receive, record, and process incoming payments and cash receipts. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked common areas and conference rooms. Coordinate vendors, office upkeep, and facility needs. Manage office supplies, inventory, ordering, and expense tracking. In Office Position (Not remote), El Cajon, CA. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM Requirements Bilingual in Spanish (required). Proven experience in office management, administrative coordination, or front-office operations. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and/or nonprofit environments preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems, and standard office equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable engaging with the public in person and via phone. Compliance with all agency and contract requirements related to trainings, public health, certifications, and reporting. Ability to pass all pre-employment screening, including references, a criminal background check with at least one year clear of probation or parole, a drug test, and a negative TB test.
