Key Responsibilities: Human Resources & Employee Relations:

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
  • Administer employee warnings and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure company policies and employee handbook are up to date and properly communicated.
  • Educate employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and assist with related inquiries.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance requirements.

Office Administration & Operations:

  • Ensure smooth office operations across all departments, facilitating effective communication and workflow.
  • Oversee and support all administrative functions to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and preparing reports.
  • Oversee general office maintenance and liaise with service providers as needed.

Financial & Operational Support:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operational coordination across all teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or HR-related roles.
  • Proven experience in hiring, firing, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check.
