OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Kitchener, ON – Onsite 5 days a week
Salary: $45,000 - 55,000/year + benefits + bonus

Reporting to the HR Generalist, our Office Manager keeps everything running smoothly—ensuring our workspace is stocked, safe, and welcoming, while also supporting our team’s engagement and HR needs. This is the heart of our HQ operations, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making the workplace a great place to be.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Keep daily office operations running smoothly, from supply orders to vendor management.
  • Keep the office stocked, clean, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
  • Chair the Social Committee and help create fun, engaging employee experiences.
  • Co-Chair our Joint Health & Safety Committee, supporting workplace safety.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, training tracking, and employee recognition programs.
  • Coordinate events and celebrations.
