Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office staff, processing documentation, and maintaining project files. This includes contracts, permits, and invoices.
  • Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and ensure project requirements are met. This involves scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and financial tracking for construction projects, including payroll, invoicing clients, bookkeeping and monitoring project expenses against budgets.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Human Resources: Handle recruitment, hiring, and training of office and administrative staff, as well as managing employee records and benefits.
