Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Bookkeeper with a solid understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Your role is to provide a seamless and positive experience, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service for their vehicles in fast paced environment.
Job duties would include but are not limited to running front administration and customer care, Organizing and processing Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Job Costing, CRA Requirements. Our ideal candidate holds a diploma or certification in Bookkeeping and/or Office Management but is not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent administrative skills. Experience in a similar capacity in the automotive industry would be preferred, but not mandatory. (autobody computer program knowledge an asset Mitchell Repair Center)
  • Must be familiar with accounting package QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a production-based environment preferred, where jobs are time based.
  • Friendly outgoing personality who is capable of working well with customers and in team-based environment
  • Setting and monitoring deadlines for job completion.
  • Ensuring quality control by monitoring the final condition of repairs.
  • Reporting daily on status of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ordering material required for use in the Body Shop and controlling the management and dispatching of material.
  • Communicating with customers to update them on vehicle status. Deal with customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must have valid driver’s license
    Full-time hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 7:00am -6:00pm (times may be negotiable depending on qualifications of candidate) Fridays off
