JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining efficient office processes to support our team and enhance productivity.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in event planning, schedule management, vendor relations, and budgeting are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels as well as external partners.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for team members.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online ( or similar) and ensure compliance with budgeting guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement.
  • Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide front desk support by answering multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Develop and implement office policies to improve operational efficiency.
