SynCom Electronics Corp. has a new Bookkeeping / Office Manager position open. We are seeking qualified applicants that have 5-10 years’ experience or less experienced persons with an aptitude for paperwork, computer related tasks, organization and management. Manufacturing-related accounting experience a plus.
Job Description:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, corporate books maintenance
- Business system data entry (including order entry, bills of materials creation, task/job creation/closure, job issuance, system training provided)
- Label creation using custom software, software training provided
- Administrative tasks
-Hiring full-time and/or part-time personnel as needed to maintain workflow.
-Miscellaneous department support including employee records and job record archival
-Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and company goals
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ experience in an accounting, administrative or office management position or lesser experience level with an aptitude for paperwork and computer related tasks - Excellent organization/time management skills
- Ability to master tasks
- Critical Thinking skills

- commensurate with experience $27-$40/hour
