POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-loving Office Manager with strong bookkeeping experience to help lead the day-to-day operations at Brava HQ. This person will be a key player in keeping our internal systems running smoothly—from managing financial records and vendor accounts to supporting our team and ensuring a productive office environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For Bookkeeping & Financial Coordination

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoices
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
  • Track and report on budgets, cash flow, and monthly financial performance
  • Maintain and organize accurate records in QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Prepare reports for CPA and year-end documentation
