JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (ASSETS, NOT REQUIRED):

Experience with the following platforms will be considered an asset to your application.

  • 5+ years using SAP Business One
  • 1 year or more using any of the following:

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for telephone calls, email messages, or in person enquiries;
  • Perform general office operations and provide administrative support as needed;
  • Receive, register, compile and distribute documents, and correspondence;
  • Maintain files, records, databases, control/tracking and other reference systems;
  • Make arrangements and ensure follow-up for logistical services (travel and meetings);
  • Provide general office support services such as word processing, maintaining the office and filing systems, and ordering office supplies;
  • Extract, reconcile, interpret and compile financial information for use by management.

BOOKKEEPING DUTIES:

  • Manage daily financial tasks and transactions, perform data entry, bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoicing, and tax calculations;
  • Handle accounts receivable and invoicing;
  • Handle accounts payable and vendor management;
  • Reconcile financial reports, deposits, and expenses;
  • Administer payroll;
  • Assist with financial statements and reporting.
