Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are the largest importer and distributor of Italian Gelato and ice cream machines and ingredients in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee our office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A level of skill commensurate with an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of qualifications
  • In addition to any qualifications, the successful candidate would need to demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible responsible for the organisation and coordination of the office operations, including the implementation of new policies and procedures to ensure that ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of the office is maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Organise, implement, maintain and enforce office policies and procedures;
· Supervise and assist office staff, when required;
· Create procedures and processes for all office functions;
· Assist with inducting and training new employees;
· Allocating equipment and human resources;
· Explain, train and implement company policy changes with existing employees;
· Motivate employees to contribute to the overall efficient administration of the office;
· Diary management, travel itinerary preparation, scheduling and event coordination;
· Order and deliver uniforms to employees and conduct regular reviews of uniform requirements and availability;
· Manage the procurement of all office suppliers of stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture;
· Perform ad hoc project work, as directed by the management team.
