Our client is a trusted service provider delivering essential housing maintenance and repair services under a long-term MOD contract. We are seeking a hands-on, organised, and experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative operations in Gosport.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee office administration and scheduling teams, coordinate closely with our field engineers, and ensure effective service delivery for MOD housing and facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and professional working environment.
  • Supervise and support the scheduling/coordinator team to ensure efficient deployment of engineers.
  • Liaise with field engineers and supervisors to coordinate job completion, updates, and priorities.
  • Monitor workloads, KPIs, and service levels in line with MOD contract requirements.
  • Handle internal communications, reporting, and ensure compliance with all admin processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries and operational issues.
