YOUR ROLE

As the Office Manager, you’ll play a dual role — managing both day-to-day office operations and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives. You’ll ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams, manage escalations professionally, and continuously improve internal processes. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the office runs efficiently while also helping the business deliver on service standards and customer experience goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, support, and develop the Customer Service/Office team
