Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have noticeable experience providing excellent customer service, an understanding of programs that serve children and an ability to build relationships with diverse populations. A successful Office Manager/Camp Registrar will be detailed oriented, have proficient computer skills and be an effective listener.   * Join a welcoming camp team that feels like family and works together to create excellent customer service for all camp guests. * Create meaningful relationships with guests while assisting them in the registration and booking process.   * Manage the Camp’s Business office by processing information, payments, and records in order to create a smooth and pleasant experience for camp guests.  Requirements   Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of YMCA Camp Potawotami and the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as…  * Must be at least 21 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 1-3 years of related office experience.  * Must have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products or the equivalent. * Must possess a moderate degree of confidentiality.  * Possess strong organizational and supervisory abilities.  * Responsible for minor decisions regarding routine problems where precedence has been set up.  * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and   schedule form. * Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Successfully complete within 60 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/O2 Certification, Bloodborne Pathogen training, Child Abuse Prevention training, and all other required training as specified by your supervisor.  Location and Details:    * YMCA Camp Potawotami is located on beautiful Blackman Lake in Northeast Indiana; 7255 East 700 South, Wolcottville, IN 46795 * Hours Available:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:00pm * Starting Range: $13.72- 14.22 per hr.
