Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members, ensuring effective time management.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to maintain an organised office environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
