Job Title: Office Manager – Commercial Insurance
Location: Croydon (Hybrid – Office Days: Mon, Weds, Fri)
Salary: Circa £40,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Office Manager to lead and support high-performing commercial insurance teams. The role is ideal for a current team leader or experienced commercial account handler looking to step up into a leadership and operations-focused role, driving team performance while remaining client-centric.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales and Existing Business teams: Drive performance through direct team support
  • Manage key workflows: Quotes, leads, training, HR admin, audits, and insurer engagement
  • Support and mentor team members: Be a referral point and lead 1:1 development conversations
  • Ensure client satisfaction remains central: Champion service standards and compliance
  • Act as a bridge between departments and management: Attend regular progression and planning meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in commercial insurance sales or client service
  • Understanding of SME insurance products and broking processes
  • Acturis experience preferred
  • Cert CII or FIT qualification desirable
  • Previous team leadership experience or readiness to step into people management
