Overview The Office Manager organizes and coordinates the daily operations of the office to provide a safe, efficient and smooth running working environment. The daily administrative functions include, handling schedules and operations for providers as well as managing revenue cycle results. Other duties include working with the clinical team and executive leadership to ensure the highest quality of service. The manager will ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained as well as provide overall support for the office team which will guarantee great patient and family experiences. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Location: Aldie, VA COVID-19 vaccine required to be completed upon start Responsibilities The Office Manager oversees the provision of all office services including supervising the daily operations and routine of the reception area. Serves as a role model for the provision of superior customer service. Qualifications Supervisory ResponsibilitiesN/A Experience RequirementsMust have 5 years of office and supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Education RequirementsMust have a high school diploma or GED. An Associates degree in a business-related field or relevant related completed coursework is preferred.
