We’re looking for an energetic, solutions-focused and super organised Office Manager to keep our HQ running like clockwork! You’ll be the go-to person for all things office – from stocking the kitchen, to keeping things safe and compliant, to coordinating vendors and supporting events. This role is all about variety, people and making the Carma workspace feel amazing every day.
You’ll work closely with the People team and leaders across the business, helping create a welcoming, smooth and well-oiled office experience. If you’re the kind of person who loves jumping in, taking ownership and getting things done- this one’s for you!

Responsibilities
  • Keeping the office stocked, tidy and running smoothly – you’ll manage everything from snacks to sundries
  • Coordinating with vendors, tradies and service providers to keep everything humming along
  • Being the first friendly face for visitors and deliveries – you’ll rep Carma with warmth and professionalism
  • Helping us stay safe and compliant – including WHS checks, records and workplace support
  • Managing Carma swag and uniforms – ordering, tracking and keeping things looking sharp
  • Supporting our Customer Experience team with stock and delivery items
  • Helping organise Carma events – from catering to logistics to comms
  • Tracking office expenses and assisting with budget reporting
  • Supporting internal comms, prepping agendas, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions
  • Keeping our training records updated and lending a hand across the People team where needed
