Position: Office Manager

Minimum Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay & Benefits: $23.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience/qualification)
Work Experience: 5 years work experience and bachelor’s qualification required.

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and service standards to support trucking operations.
  • Allocating human resources, space, and equipment for drivers and support teams.
  • Assigning work to, and monitoring the work performance of staff.
  • Managing records and accounts of the office, including driver logs, freight documentation, and client invoices.
  • Liaising with suppliers, drivers and other relevant groups to coordinate office business and facilitate resolution of operational problems.
  • Ensuring office and depot equipment and supplies are maintained.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for transport and depot environments.
  • Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures, including transport regulations.
  • Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
