Key duties include managing schedules, handling patient communications, processing insurance claims, verifying benefits, resolving patient concerns, and supporting both front office and clinical staff. The Office Manager also maintains a strong focus on patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction, while setting a high standard for professionalism, respect, and leadership within the team.
