Description

CBS Wellness Centre is seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager (Maternity Leave) to join our team. If you’re a passionate self-starter, committed to quality care, and are looking to work with a multi-disciplinary team, CBS Wellness Centre is looking for you!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the clinic and ensure that clinic is operating smoothly
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet clients, take payments, re-book appointments, phone calls, billings, accounts receivable
  • Scheduling of staff
  • Laundry, and general cleaning duties as required
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Manage clinic supplies inventory
  • Filing
  • Bookkeeping
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4-6 months
