Our salon is a welcoming, client-focused space offering (lashes, brows, nails, waxing, skincare). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality beauty services in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.
Your Role:
As our Acting Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring the salon runs smoothly day-to-day while motivating our team to provide top-notch service. You’ll balance leadership, business management, and client care with a focus on growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff with ongoing training, scheduling, and performance feedback
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and clean environment in line with salon standards
  • Manage booking systems, inventory, and product orders
  • Handle client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Track sales, set targets, and contribute to marketing and promotions to grow the business
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in management or leadership role is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of salon services and beauty industry trends
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • Business-minded, with an understanding of sales and growth strategies
