WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

Cellebrite is seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team in Germany, working onsite five days a week.
We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a people-focused environment, excels at managing daily operations, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
In this role, the Office Manager will oversee all administrative functions of the Germany office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The position also includes supporting the EMEA HR team and the VP of Sales for Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within the operations space and make a meaningful impact.

HR & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

  • Manage HR documentation, employment records, and benefits for new hires and leavers
  • Organize and execute events, social welfare initiatives, and employee experience activities across Germany and the wider EMEA region

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative or Office Manager in small to medium-sized organizations,
  • or 4 years as a Front Desk Manager or Administrative Assistant in a mid-to-large office (required)
  • Basic understanding of German employment laws
  • Proven experience working with management-level stakeholders and delivering excellent employee service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and implementing new ways of working
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of completing complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to positively engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
