YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE HR DEPARTMENT :

  • You develop and manage detailed onboarding plans for our new employees in cooperation with the respective line manager and explain the daily work routine with us.
  • As an accompanying support you provide our new bees with all necessary materials (hardware, business cards etc.)
  • You act as a mouthpiece between the team members of the German locations and the higher-level HR department.
  • You are responsible for absence management (holiday/sickness/home office etc.) and internal knowledge management.
  • You coordinate the HR processes for departing employees
Responsibilities
  • As the central contact person for the office, you will experience a variety of exciting tasks:
  • You will take on official correspondence tasks and, in close cooperation with the central accounting department, you will be responsible for managing, checking and approving incoming invoices.
  • Our locations shine - not only because of you as “First Contact”, but also because of the implementation of the corporate identity, sensibly distributed and stylishly furnished offices, a wellstocked material warehouse, etc. - you ensure an all-round high-quality external presentation.
  • You handle all administrative activities independently, from partnerships, licensing, insurances & data protection to our vehicle fleet and the administration of our suppliers, cleaning companies and property managers.
  • Even good things can be improved - you optimise our operational systems, processes, policies as well as work and building security in close cooperation with the Head of Security
  • You analyse and negotiate our contracts and take over budget responsibility for all German locations.
  • As an organisational talent, you take care of the central appointment management, the expense notes for our managers, translate documents and are responsible for outgoing mail.
  • Events, fun and meetings - you take care of the process together with our event manager:
  • You organise and coordinate events such as trade fairs, conferences, training courses, team meetings, company and customer events, including cost and budget analysis.
  • As support for our event manager, you create presentations and company overviews.
  • You not only take care of the physical well-being as required, but also represent the company personally at events
