Responsibilities

As Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of any office operations and management, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. You will:

  • Lead the charge in creating an organised, efficient, and positive office environment - company culture and wellbeing will be a priority for this role
  • Assist the Directors with recruitment - writing job specs, organising interviews, and handling all the ‘HR’ related tasks
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1’s with team members, ensuring people are happy, satisfied, feel supported, and know what their goals are
  • Support an amazing team by managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed
  • Be the go-to person for administrative support – from helping with staff training to liaising with clients
