SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar Office Management/Senior Administration role with strong involvement in accounts or financial administration
  • Strong background in accounts and financial coordination (including bookkeeping and managing AP/AR)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Flexible, solutions-focused, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing business
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including systems, supplies, and communications
  • Lead day-to-day accounts functions including invoicing, PO matching, payment runs, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and audit standards
  • Support the Managing Director and senior leaders with reports and coordination of internal operations
  • Act as a first point of contact for all accounts queries
  • Manage general office documentation, filing, and GDPR compliance
  • Liaise with the finance team on month-end reporting and budgeting
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments
  • Foster a friendly, responsive, and professional culture across the office
