YOU’LL OVERSEE DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS, MANAGE SCHEDULES, SUPPORT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, AND HELP ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH CONSTRUCTION SAFETY STANDARDS. THIS ROLE IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR OFFICE—SUPPORTING PROJECT TEAMS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND LEADERSHIP TO DELIVER SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven experience in office administration/management (construction experience preferred). * Proficiency in spreadsheets and office software. * Knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting principles. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Familiarity with construction safety standards a plus.
