Role Summary Run the office at the center of a fast-moving, high-standard business. This role anchors daily operations and keeps the team aligned and moving. This is a fully on-site role on the East End of the Hamptons. The commute is real. LIRR access with pickup coordination is available. In return, this role offers a consistent 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, direct access to leadership, and a clear path to grow into broader operational responsibility. This is an on-site position, not remote. What you will own Day-to-day office operations: scheduling, communication, and workflow Front-facing communication with clients, vendors, and team members Coordination across retail, landscaping, property care, and design teams Execution support for leadership, including follow-ups and prioritization Delivery scheduling and customer coordination Office systems, supplies, and internal organization Identifying breakdowns and improving how things run What makes this role worth it A stable, predictable 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule Direct visibility into leadership and decision-making Real ownership of how the office runs, not task-based work A professional environment with high standards and clear expectations Work that is tangible and immediately visible Growth path This role is designed to expand. What you bring 2 to 4 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and in person Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable operating as the central point across teams Attention to detail with strong follow-through Helpful but not required: Experience in retail, construction, design, or service-based operations Experience coordinating vendors, deliveries, or field teams $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match.
