In this role you will work alongside experienced industry professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and the community. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing and advertising initiatives, including campaign coordination and design of promotional collateral. Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and functions for clients and the team. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to administrative and support staff. Manage branch operations, including office supplies, systems management, and KPI reporting. Support brokers and account management workflows, including listings, documentation, and accounts receivable. Deliver high‑level administrative and customer service support across the branch.
