ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re recruiting exclusively for a permanent Office Manager on behalf of a well-established, family-run construction company, now operating from brand-new offices in Maisemore., GL2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting and improving its operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Diary management for directors
Handling calls, emails, and enquiries
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Managing CRM and electronic filing systems
Preparing quotations, job folders, and client reports
Supporting marketing and general admin tasks
Maintaining social media accounts
Managing and supporting the office team
Reviewing, updating, and introducing processes to improve efficiency and streamline procedures
