Office Manager – Construction (Financial Focus) Yonkers, NY | Full-Time | On-Site Nations Roof is seeking a financially focused Office Manager to support a busy construction office in Yonkers, NY. This role oversees the financial and accounting operations for multiple active projects, primarily located throughout Westchester County. You will partner closely with the Vice President and Regional Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong cost controls, and operational support for the branch. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Manage branch-level financial operations in a high-volume construction environment * Maintain WIP schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and revenue recognition * Support job cost accounting, budgets, cost codes, and approved change orders * Handle AP/AR, including invoicing, billing applications, and cash application * Assist with payroll processing, labor cost allocation, and certified payroll reporting * Partner with the Vice President, Regional Controller, Project Managers, and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financials WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of construction accounting or financially focused office management * Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP, and percentage-of-completion * ERP experience (Viewpoint preferred) and advanced Excel skills * Ability to manage financials in a fast-paced construction office NO RECRUITING AGENCIES.
