Description Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Department of Defense (DoD) environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage office functions, coordinate multiple priorities, and support a workforce of 60+ personnel. Work Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and continuity of services Manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and staff Coordinate office resources, logistics, and communications across teams Maintain organization of records, schedules, and internal processes Support onboarding activities and general office management services Ensure compliance with DoD policies, procedures, and security requirements Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required Demonstrated three (3) years of experience in office management and management of multiple concurrent priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with standard office tools and administrative systems Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated five (5) years of experience in office management in an environment of 60+ employees.
