REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: $33.21-$36.48 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage company CRM software, coordinate jobs and schedules for technicians.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from cutomers and schedule jobs.
  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting and accounting functions.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage, for efficient financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
