For more information, visit www.alliedindustrialpartners.com The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Las Vegas office. This role coordinates all administrative functions, supports internal teams, manages office resources, and acts as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration & Operations Oversee daily office functions and ensure a professional, efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities – coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services. Answer and route phone calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries. Maintain filing systems, office records, and internal documents. Serve as liaison with building management, IT support, and external service providers. Event Coordination Organizing meetings, office events, and team-building activities Managing food and beverage, room set-up and take-down Acting as the key point of contact with vendors and site managers Financial & Administrative Support Process invoices, expense reports, and basic accounts payable/receivable tasks. Support budget tracking for office supplies and general administrative costs. Prepare reports and summaries as requested by senior management. Staff Support & HR Assistance Assist with onboarding of new employees working in the HQ office (getting badge access, office set up, meet and greets) Scheduling meetings across several different time zones, administering the tech set up of conference calls, town halls and other remote collaboration tools. Coordinating and scheduling domestic and international travel including transportation logistics, visa and other applicable entry requirements, and meals. Help enforce company policies and internal procedures. Communication & Coordination Distribute internal communications and ensure all departments are informed of operational updates. Coordinate with remote teams, field staff, and corporate departments to support project logistics. Facilitate efficient information flow between departments. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or related roles. Ability to work with diverse groups of people from front-line employees, executives, customers and vendors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help improve office systems and processes.
