We are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to take a key role in supporting and strengthening our local office in Valencia. Responsibilities In this role, you will support various departments from our office in Valencia. You are an independent, committed, and hands‑on colleague who ensures that our daily operations are executed efficiently while also supporting a range of HR, Health & Safety, and administrative tasks. You play an important role in administrative contract matters and FML documentation. You ensure payments are processed correctly and on time. This allows colleagues to fully focus on commercial activities. Daily office management: you handle small orders, oversee the cleaning schedule, and welcome visitors with a smile. You also ensure correct handling of administrative tasks. You additionally support daily HR activities, including HR administration, payroll preparation, recruitment, onboarding of new colleagues, fleet management, and coordinating training and development. Within Health & Safety, you monitor mandatory training, keep risk assessments up to date, manage insurance policies, and handle supplier questionnaires or audits. Our office is small in Valencia (still growing) with a pleasant and supportive working environment. Qualifications Who are you as an Office Manager? You have relevant work experience as an Office Manager. You have work experience in HR. You have knowledge of Health and Safety. You are experienced with standard MS (365) Office applications. You are proficient in both Spanish and English, spoken and written. You are willing to work 16–24 hours per week. You are someone who takes ownership. You are accurate, communicate easily, and switch quickly between different tasks. Additional Information In this role you will have an important role in a fast-growing company.
