SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office management, senior administration, or customer service leadership.
  • Strong background in B2B operations; waste management knowledge is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in managing people, processes, and customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Comfortable using CRM and/or accounting software.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

  • Develop and implement improved office workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise administrative staff where required.
