Your responsibilities will include Ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the office Procuring supplies and equipment necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the company Coordinating cleaning and office maintenance service providers Collaborating with members of the organization across different departments Providing information and assistance to colleagues Handling related administrative tasks Organizing company events Welcoming and assisting guests, clients, and other visitors Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Handling meeting room bookings and preparing meeting rooms for use What we expect from you At least a secondary school diploma Native Hungarian and intermediate English language skills (written and spoken) User-level computer skills Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with a proactive and precise approach Customer-oriented mindset Additional information Modern, dog-friendly office in Budapest’s Haller Gardens – easy to reach, even by bike!
