We’re looking for a proactive and organised Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join a lovely team in Bingham. This is a varied, full-time role where you’ll support day-to-day business operations across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and admin. If you enjoy working across different departments, love keeping things running smoothly, and have a real eye for detail – this could be the perfect fit.
Salary is £30-35k DOE, Benefits include 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, Private Healthcare, Death in Service, Enhanced Pension and annual away days
You’ll be:
· Handling sales and purchase invoices, managing expenses, and supporting with budgeting and forecasting
· Coordinating recruitment activity, onboarding new starters, and supporting training and progression planning
· Helping to organise internal meetings and events, maintaining project management systems and supplier records
· Supporting ISO and health & safety compliance
· Writing and scheduling marketing content, managing website updates, and helping with award entries and bids
We’re after someone with proven Administration and Operations experience, great communication skills, and confidence using digital tools. If you’ve also had exposure to things like HR, marketing, or ISO standards – even better.
This role is fully office-based in Bingham, Nottingham.
